Narada (in a stotra/nāma-style recitation within the Narada Purana’s dialogue framework)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It compresses multiple Krishna/Vishnu attributes into remembrance (smaraṇa): protection from evil (slaying Tṛṇāvarta), revelation of cosmic divinity (three worlds in the mouth), and the Lord’s auspicious, grace-giving form (lotus-eyed, lotus-handed).
Bhakti is practiced here through nāma and līlā-smaraṇa—recalling the Lord’s deeds and epithets with reverence, which turns wonder (Yaśodā’s vismaya) into steady devotion and surrender.
The verse functions like a structured nāma-list used in stotra-recitation (chandas-friendly phrasing and compound formation), aligning with Vedāṅga concerns such as Vyākaraṇa (meaningful compounds) and Śikṣā (clear recitation), even though it is primarily devotional.
