Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches a structured inner meditation: tracing awareness from the root center up to the crown aperture, while also recognizing the elemental (tattva) layer—here, the Vāyu mandala—associated with the lower subtle region.
Though primarily yogic/technical, it supports bhakti by purifying attention and stabilizing the mind; such inner discipline is presented as a supportive means for sustained remembrance and worship of the Supreme.
A technical meditation procedure (dhyāna-vibhāvanā) using precise visualization terms—mandala, elemental tattva (Vāyu), and subtle anatomy (Mūlādhāra, Brahma-randhra)—reflecting the text’s Third Pada focus on applied spiritual sciences.
