rāmeṇābhihitaṃ karomi satataṃ rāmaṃ bhaje sādaram | rāmeṇāpahṛtaṃ samastaduritaṃ rāmāya tubhyaṃ namaḥ | rāmānmuktimabhīpsitā mama sadā rāmasya dāso'smyaham | rāme raṃjat me manaḥ suviśadaṃ he rāma tubhyaṃ namaḥ || 35 ||
Narada (devotional proclamation within Moksha-dharma teaching context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents single-point devotion to Śrī Rāma as a complete sādhanā: obedience to divine instruction, worship with reverence, purification from sin, and the direct aspiration for mokṣa—ending in a mind made clear through constant remembrance.
Bhakti is shown as lived surrender: doing what Rāma enjoins, worshipping Him, trusting His power to remove durita (sin/suffering), identifying oneself as His dāsa, and keeping the mind absorbed in Him—this sustained devotion culminates in liberation.
The verse emphasizes practical discipline rather than a technical Vedāṅga: steady mantra-like remembrance (nāma-smaraṇa/nāma-japa) and ethical obedience to divine injunction (vidhi/anushāsana), which function as applied dharma supporting mokṣa.
