सरीसृपाणि चाऽन्यानि पुरीषमथवा पुनः ।

षण्मासान् गुर्विणीं मांसमश्नुवानामसंयताम् ॥

Transliteration

sarīsṛpāṇi cānyāni purīṣam athavā punaḥ | ṣaṇmāsān gurviṇīṃ māṃsam aśnuvānām asaṃyatām ||

Translation

ਹੋਰ ਰੇਂਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੀਵ—ਜਾਂ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਮਲ ਵੀ—ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਉਸ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਾਸ ਖਾਂਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੰਯਮੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
