वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

गंभीररोषो गंभीरो गंभीरबलवाहनः न्यग्रोधरूपो न्यग्रोधो विश्वकर्मा च विश्वभुक्

Transliteration

gaṃbhīraroṣo gaṃbhīro gaṃbhīrabalavāhanaḥ nyagrodharūpo nyagrodho viśvakarmā ca viśvabhuk

Translation

ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਰੋਹ ਵੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ; ਜੋ ਆਪ ਅਥਾਹ-ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ; ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਜਿਤ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਨਿਆਗਰੋਧ (ਵਟ) ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਨਿਆਗਰੋਧ ਹੈ; ਜੋ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਭੋਗਦਾ ਹੈ—ਉਹ ਬੱਧ ਜੀਵਾਂ (ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ) ਦਾ ਪਤੀ ਹੈ।
