तेषामभावो जनपदाभावे स्वाम्यमात्ययोश्चानन्तरः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२१ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām abhāvo janapadābhāve svāmy-amātyayoś cānantaraḥ iti.

Translation

ਜਨਪਦ ਦੇ ਨਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ (ਸਾਧਨ) ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ; ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਤੇ ਅਮਾਤ੍ਯ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
