Transliteration

svayaṃ abhiprasthito varṣāvakrayaśeṣaṃ dadyāt

Translation

ਜੇ ਕਿਰਾਏਦਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਕਮ ਅਦਾ ਕਰੇ।
