न्यायेन च चतुर्थेन चतुरन्तां वा महीं जयेत् ॥ कZ_०३.१.४३च्द् ॥
Transliteration
nyāyena ca caturthena caturantāṃ vā mahīṃ jayet
Translation
ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ‘ਚੌਥਾ’ ਸਾਧਨ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਚਾਰੋਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਜਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
