न चाभियुक्तेऽभियोगेऽस्ति ॥ कZ_०३.१.२६ ॥

na cābhiyukte 'bhiyoge 'sti

ਅਭਿਯੁਕਤ (ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਔਪਚਾਰਿਕ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੋਵੇ) ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅਭਿਯੋਗ (ਦਾਅਵਾ/ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ) ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
