स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
ਜੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਕ ਧੜਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ; ਉਲਟੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਧਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
