चाररात्रिषु प्रच्छन्नविपरीतवेषाः प्रव्रजिता दण्डशस्त्रहस्ताश्च मनुष्या दोषतो दण्ड्याः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.३९ ॥
Transliteration
cārarātriṣu pracchannaviparītaveṣāḥ pravrajitā daṇḍaśastrahastāś ca manuṣyā doṣato daṇḍyāḥ.
Translation
ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ/ਗਸ਼ਤ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਧੋਖੇਬਾਜ਼ ਭੇਸ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਘੁੰਮੰਤੂ ਸੰਨਿਆਸੀ/ਭਿਖਾਰੀ, ਅਤੇ ਡੰਡਾ ਜਾਂ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਫੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕ—ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦੰਡਨੀਯ ਹਨ।
