rakṣātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ-ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ‘ਪੂਰਵ’ (ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਦਰਜੇ ਵਾਲਾ) ਸਾਹਸ-ਦੰਡ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
