Transliteration nikṣepopanidhiprayogāpahṛtānām aniṣṭopagatānāṃ ca dravyāṇāṃ jñānārtham asvāmikaṃ kupyaṃ hiraṇyaṃ ca upalabhya niṣkeptāram anyatra vyapadeśena grāhayed ativyayakartāram anāyativyayaṃ ca
Translation ਨિક્ષੇਪ, ਉਪਨਿਧੀ, ਸੌਂਪੇ ਗਏ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਰੁਪਯੋਗ, ਚੋਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਪਹ੍ਰਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੁੰਮ ਹੋਈ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਲਈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਲਕ-ਰਹਿਤ ਸਮਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਸੋਨਾ ਮਿਲੇ, ਤਾਂ ਨિક્ષੇਪਕ/ਦਾਵੇਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਥਾਂ ਬੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ; ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦਿੱਖਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
