Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

ਜਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਪਾਨਾਗਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਪੀਣ।
