पालाशवीजपानेन लमेत पुत्रकन्तथा ॐ उत्तिष्ठ चामुण्डे जम्भय मोहय अमुकं वशमानय स्वाहा निघ्नान्त्वति ख , छ च षड्विंशा सिद्धविद्या सा नदीतीरमृदा स्त्रियम्

ਪਲਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਢਾ ਪਿਲਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਪੁੱਤਰਕ (ਬੱਚਾ) ਵੀ ਨਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਵਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਪ ਕਰੋ—“ਓਂ ਉੱਤਿਸ਼ਠ ਚਾਮੁੰਡੇ, ਜੰਭਯ, ਮੋਹਯ, ਅਮੁਕੰ ਵਸ਼ਮਾਨਯ, ਸ੍ਵਾਹਾ।” ਫਿਰ “ਨਿਘਨਾਨ্তু” ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ “ਖ” ਅਤੇ “ਛ” ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਛੱਬੀਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਧ-ਵਿਦਿਆ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਦੀ-ਕੰਢੇ ਦੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਨਾਲ, ਇਸਤਰੀ-ਵਿਸ਼ਯਕ ਕਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
