purā brahmadinasyāṃte jagadetaccarācaram | saṃhṛtya bhagavānrudro brahmaviṣṇupuraskṛtaḥ

ପୁରାତନ କାଳରେ, ବ୍ରହ୍ମଦିନର ଶେଷେ, ବ୍ରହ୍ମା ଓ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ପୁରସ୍କୃତ ଥିବାବେଳେ ଭଗବାନ ରୁଦ୍ର ଏହି ଚରାଚର ଜଗତକୁ ସଂହାରରେ ଲୀନ କଲେ।
