Transliteration

kāpālikebhyastaddeyaṃ dāsīdāsajane tathā | tato'parāhnasamaye navamyāṃ syandane sthitām

ସେଇ ଦାନ କାପାଳିକ ସନ୍ନ୍ୟାସୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏବଂ ଦାସୀ-ଦାସଜନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେବା ଉଚିତ। ପରେ ନବମୀର ଅପରାହ୍ଣ ସମୟରେ (ଦେବୀଙ୍କୁ) ରଥରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
