ଏପରି ମୂର୍ଖମାନେ କହିବେ, ଆଉ କେହି କେହି ଉପହାସ ମଧ୍ୟ କରିବେ। ପାପରେ ଆହତ ଚିତ୍ତ ଥିବା ନାସ୍ତିକ, ନରକଗାମୀ ଲୋକ—କଳିଯୁଗ ଆସିଲେ—ସିଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
