ईश्वर କହିଲେ—ତତଃ, ହେ ମହାଦେବୀ, ହିରଣ୍ୟାର ପୂର୍ବଭାଗରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଏବଂ ଚ୍ୟବନ ଋଷିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ସେଇ ଅନୁତ୍ତମ ଚ୍ୟବନାର୍କ (ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ-ତୀର୍ଥ)କୁ ଯିବା ଉଚିତ।
