स्वयंभूः प्रथमे नाम द्वितीये पद्मभूः स्मृतः । तृतीये विश्वकर्त्तेति बालरूपी तुरीयके
svayaṃbhūḥ prathame nāma dvitīye padmabhūḥ smṛtaḥ | tṛtīye viśvakartteti bālarūpī turīyake
ପ୍ରଥମ କଳ୍ପରେ ମୋ ନାମ ‘ସ୍ୱୟଂଭୂ’; ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟରେ ‘ପଦ୍ମଭୂ’ ବୋଲି ସ୍ମୃତ। ତୃତୀୟରେ ‘ବିଶ୍ୱକର୍ତୃ’ ଏବଂ ଚତୁର୍ଥରେ ‘ବାଲରୂପୀ’ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ।
