Skanda (deduced)
Tirtha: Cakratīrtha
Type: ghat
Listener: dvijāḥ (twice-born listeners addressed)
Scene: Kṛṣṇa stands by the sea/river-mouth washing the radiant Sudarśana-cakra; brāhmaṇas look on as the place becomes known as Cakratīrtha across the three worlds.
A place becomes a universal tīrtha when sanctified by the direct presence and act of Bhagavān.
Cakratīrtha in the Dvārakā sacred geography.
No new rite is prescribed here; the verse provides the tīrtha’s sacred origin (māhātmya).
