दुर्वासा उवाच । मामपृष्ट्वा जलं यस्मात्पीतवत्यसि रुक्मिणी । तस्मात्पानरता नित्यं भविष्यसि न संशयः

Transliteration

durvāsā uvāca | māmapṛṣṭvā jalaṃ yasmātpītavatyasi rukmiṇī | tasmātpānaratā nityaṃ bhaviṣyasi na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

ଦୁର୍ବାସା କହିଲେ—ହେ ରୁକ୍ମିଣୀ! ମୋତେ ପଚାରିବା ବିନା ତୁମେ ଯେହେତୁ ଜଳ ପାନ କଲ, ତେଣୁ ତୁମେ ସଦା ପାନରେ ଆସକ୍ତ ହେବ; ସନ୍ଦେହ ନାହିଁ।
