stanaṃ dhayantīṃ susnigdhāṃ śiśoḥ kṣīrānurāgiṇaḥ | sā tena viddhā bāṇena sahasā nataparvaṇā
ସେ ସ୍ନେହଭରେ ନିଜ ଶିଶୁକୁ ସ୍ତନପାନ କରାଉଥିଲା; ଶିଶୁ ମାତୃଦୁଗ୍ଧରେ ଅନୁରକ୍ତ ଥିଲା। ସେହିବେଳେ ତାହାର ନତପର୍ବଯୁକ୍ତ ବାଣରେ ସେ ହଠାତ୍ ବିଦ୍ଧ ହେଲା।
