kimiṃdreṇālpavīryeṇa kimanyaiśca varānane | sahasrākṣo na me tulyo na me tulyāḥ surāsurāḥ

ହେ ବରାନନେ! ଅଳ୍ପବୀର୍ୟ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କରେ ମୋର କ’ଣ ପ୍ରୟୋଜନ? ସହସ୍ରାକ୍ଷ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋ ସମାନ ନୁହେଁ; ଦେବ କି ଅସୁର କେହି ମୋ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ।
