ārṣe vivāhe godvaṃdvaṃ yaduktaṃ tanna śasyate | śulkamaṇvapi kanyāyāḥ kanyā vikrayapāpakṛt

ଆର୍ଷ ବିବାହରେ କୁହାଯାଇଥିବା ‘ଗୋ-ଯୁଗଳ’କୁ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ଧରି ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଭଳି ନେବା-ଦେବା ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ ନୁହେଁ। କନ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ଅଣୁମାତ୍ର ଶୁଳ୍କ ନେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କନ୍ୟା-ବିକ୍ରୟର ପାପ ହୁଏ।
