का ते अस्त्यरंकृतिः सूक्तैः कदा नूनं ते मघवन्दाशेम । विश्वा मतीरा ततने त्वायाधा म इन्द्र शृणवो हवेमा ॥

Transliteration

kā́ te ’sty áraṃkṛtiḥ sūktáiḥ kadā́ nūnáṃ te maghavan dāśema | víśvā matī́r ā́ tatane tvāyā́dhā ma indra śṛṇavo havémā́ ||

Translation

ହେ ମଘବନ୍ (ଉଦାର ଦାତା), ଆମ ସୁକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତୋ ପାଇଁ କେଉଁ ଅର୍ପଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ? ଏବଂ କେବେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଆମେ ତୋତେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ କରିପାରିବୁ? ଆମ ସମସ୍ତ ମତି (ଚିନ୍ତା) ତୋ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରସାରିତ; ଏବେ, ହେ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଆମ ଏହି ହବଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଶୁଣ।
