Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches an inner purification method: meditating on a seed-mantra at the navel to kindle yogic fire that symbolically consumes bodily identification and karmic impurity (pāpa).
While primarily yogic/technical, it supports bhakti by stressing inner cleansing; purifying the mind-body field makes mantra-japa and devotion steadier and more effective.
Mantra-bīja usage and disciplined visualization (a technical sādhanā) are emphasized—practical ritual-science style knowledge aligned with the Narada Purana’s Vedanga/technical orientation in Book 1.3.
