Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches nyāsa—ritually “installing” seed-mantras into the body—so the practitioner’s limbs become sanctified supports for mantra-sādhana, aligning inner awareness with the invoked divine power.
By prescribing a disciplined, reverent preparation of the body and mind through mantra-placement, it supports focused remembrance and worship—practical devotion expressed as careful ritual attention.
Ritual procedure (prayoga) and mantra-application: a step-by-step nyāsa sequence (vinyāsa/anganyāsa) showing how technical liturgical practice is structured and performed.
