Narada (teaching in dialogue context with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that sincere repetition of Śiva’s sacred names functions as a protective spiritual discipline, shielding the practitioner from the degrading forces associated with Kali (confusion, vice, and decline of dharma).
It highlights nāma-japa as a direct bhakti practice: devotion expressed through reverent remembrance and vocal repetition of the Lord’s names, which purifies the mind and stabilizes one against Kali-yuga disturbances.
Primarily the practical discipline of mantra/nāma recitation (japa) and correct sacred-name usage (linked to Śikṣā—proper sound/recitation), rather than a technical exposition of other Vedāṅgas.
