त्रिरात्रो पोषणाच्छुद्ध्ये त्पंचगव्याशनाद्विज । स्नानदानजपादौ च भोजनादौ च नारद ॥ ८६ ॥

ହେ ଦ୍ୱିଜ, ତିନି ରାତି ଅଲ୍ପାହାର-ନିୟମରେ କିମ୍ବା ପଞ୍ଚଗବ୍ୟ ସେବନରେ ଶୁଦ୍ଧି ହୁଏ। ହେ ନାରଦ, ସ୍ନାନ, ଦାନ, ଜପ ଓ ଭୋଜନାଦି ଆଚରଣରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଶୁଦ୍ଧିବିଧି କୁହାଯାଇଛି।
