Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama

तेजोऽसि गायत्र्यसीति प्रार्थयेत्सवितुर्महः । ततोऽङ्गानि त्रिरावर्त्य ध्यायेच्छक्तीस्तदात्मिकाः ॥ ५४ ॥

tejo'si gāyatryasīti prārthayetsaviturmahaḥ | tato'ṅgāni trirāvartya dhyāyecchaktīstadātmikāḥ || 54 ||

“ତୁମେ ତେଜ; ତୁମେ ଗାୟତ୍ରୀ” ଭାବେ ଜପ କରି ସବିତୃଙ୍କ ମହତ୍ ମହିମା-ତେଜକୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ପରେ ଅଙ୍ଗମାନଙ୍କୁ ତିନିଥର ମନେ ଆବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି, ସେହି ସ୍ୱରୂପୀ ଶକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧ୍ୟାନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
