Sukta 3
इमा नारीरविधवाः सुपत्नीराञ्जनेन सर्पिषा सं स्पृशन्ताम्। अनश्रवो अनमीवाः सुरत्ना आ रोहन्तु जनयो योनिमग्रे
imā́ nā́rīr avidhávāḥ supátnīr ā́ñjanena sarpíṣā sáṃ spṛśantām | anaśrávo anamī́vāḥ surátnā ā́ róhantu jánayo yónim ágre ||
Let these women, unwidowed, good wives, with collyrium and with ghee make full anointing-touch. Of stainless fame, free from disease, rich in fair treasure, let the mothers mount the womb, in the foremost place.
ଏହି ନାରୀମାନେ—ଅବିଧବା, ସୁପତ୍ନୀ—ଅଞ୍ଜନ ଓ ସର୍ପିଷା (ଘିଅ) ଦ୍ୱାରା ସ୍ପର୍ଶସହିତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅନୁଲେପ-ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରୁନ୍ତୁ। ନିର୍ମଳ କୀର୍ତ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ, ରୋଗରହିତ, ସୁରତ୍ନସମୃଦ୍ଧ—ମାତୃମାନେ ଅଗ୍ରସ୍ଥାନରେ ଗର୍ଭ-ୟୋନିରେ ଆରୋହଣ କରୁନ୍ତୁ।
