Sukta 3

पयस्वतीरोषधयः पयस्वन्मामकं पयः । अपां पयसो यत् पयस्तेन मा सह शुम्भतु

páyasvatīr óṣadhayaḥ páyasvan māmakáṃ páyaḥ | apā́ṃ páyaso yát páyas téna mā sahá śúmbhatu ||

Ye milkful Herbs, make milkful mine own vital milk. With that milk which is the milk of Waters, therewith, together, let it make me fair and strong.

ହେ ଦୁଗ୍ଧମୟ ଔଷଧିମାନେ, ମୋର ନିଜ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ—ଜୀବନରସ—ଦୁଗ୍ଧମୟ କର। ଜଳମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁଗ୍ଧରୁ ଯେ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଅଛି, ସେହି ଦୁଗ୍ଧଦ୍ୱାରା, ସହିତେ, ମୋତେ ଶୋଭାମୟ ଓ ବଳବାନ କର।
