दिवं ब्रूमो नक्षत्राणि भूमिं यक्षाणि पर्वतान्। समुद्रा नद्योऽ वेशन्तास्ते नो मुञ्चन्त्वंहसः

IAST Transliteration

dívam brūmo nákṣatrāṇi bhū́miṁ yákṣāṇi párvatān | samudrā́ nadyò ’véśantās té no muñcántv áṁhasaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Heaven we address, and the Stars; Earth, the Yaksas, and the Mountains; the Seas, the Rivers that enter and abide: let these release us from distress.

Translation

ଆମେ ଦିବକୁ (ଆକାଶକୁ) ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରୁଛୁ, ଏବଂ ନକ୍ଷତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ; ଭୂମିକୁ, ଯକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଏବଂ ପର୍ବତମାନଙ୍କୁ; ସମୁଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଏବଂ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ବସିଥିବା ନଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ—ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆମକୁ ଅଂହସ୍ (କଷ୍ଟ/ପାପ)ରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରନ୍ତୁ।
