अगस्त्य उवाच । इति स्तुतः प्रसन्नात्मा वरदो गरुडध्वजः । ववर्ष दृष्टिसुधया सर्वान्देवान्कृपान्वितः । उवाच मधुरं वाक्यं प्रश्रयावनतान्सुरान्
agastya uvāca | iti stutaḥ prasannātmā varado garuḍadhvajaḥ | vavarṣa dṛṣṭisudhayā sarvāndevānkṛpānvitaḥ | uvāca madhuraṃ vākyaṃ praśrayāvanatānsurān
အဂஸ္တျက ပြောသည်—ဤသို့ ချီးမွမ်းခံရသဖြင့် ဂရုဍဓွဇ (ဂရုဍတံခွန်) ကိုင်ဆောင်သော အရှင်တော်၊ ဆုတောင်းပေးတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်သည် စိတ်ကြည်လင်ငြိမ်းချမ်းတော်မူ၏။ ကရုဏာပြည့်ဝ၍ မျက်မြင်တော်၏ အမృతရည်ကို ဒေဝတားအားလုံးအပေါ် မိုးကဲ့သို့ သွန်းလောင်းတော်မူပြီး၊ နိမ့်ချစွာ ဦးညွှတ်ရပ်နေသော သုရများအား ချိုမြိန်သော စကားတော်ကို မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
