तथा च क्षत्रियविशां करणान्मुक्तिरुत्तमा । शूद्राणां नाधिकारोऽस्मिन्स्त्रीणां नैव कदाचन

Transliteration

tathā ca kṣatriyaviśāṃ karaṇānmuktiruttamā | śūdrāṇāṃ nādhikāro'sminstrīṇāṃ naiva kadācana

ထို့အတူ က္ෂတ္တရိယနှင့် ဝိုင်ရှျတို့အတွက်လည်း ထိုကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အထူးမြတ်သော လွတ်မြောက်မှု ရရှိသည်။ သို့သော် ရှူဒ္ဒရတို့အတွက် ဤကိစ္စ၌ အခွင့်မရှိ၊ မိန်းမတို့အတွက်လည်း မည်သည့်အခါမျှ မရှိချေ။
