ससैन्यान्पांडवानेतान्हन्यात्कालेन केन कः । मासेन तु प्रतिज्ञातं भीष्मेण च कृपेण च
sasainyānpāṃḍavānetānhanyātkālena kena kaḥ | māsena tu pratijñātaṃ bhīṣmeṇa ca kṛpeṇa ca
“ဤပाण्डဝတို့ကို သူတို့၏ စစ်တပ်နှင့်တကွ မည်သူက သတ်နိုင်မည်နည်း၊ အချိန်ဘယ်လောက်လိုမည်နည်း” ဟု မေး၏။ အကြောင်းမူ ဘီရှ္မနှင့် ကೃပတို့က “တစ်လအတွင်း” ဟု ကတိပြုထားကြသဖြင့် ဖြစ်၏။
