उपांगो नेत्रपर्यंतो नासा मूलमपांगकः । वृषणौ च तथा प्रोक्तौ मेदोसृक्कफमांसकौ
upāṃgo netraparyaṃto nāsā mūlamapāṃgakaḥ | vṛṣaṇau ca tathā proktau medosṛkkaphamāṃsakau
အူပါင်ဂ (upāṅga) သည် မျက်စိအနားသို့ တိုင်အောင် ကျယ်ပြန့်၏။ အပါင်ဂ (apāṅga) သည် နှာခေါင်းအမြစ်၌ ရှိ၏။ ထို့အပြင် အင်္ဂါနှစ်လုံး (ဝృషဏ) ကိုလည်း အဆီ၊ သွေး၊ ကဖ (Kapha) နှင့် အသားတို့ဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းသည်ဟု ဆိုကြသည်။
