तदेषामेव सर्वेषां विप्रसंस्थापनं परम् । देवसंस्थापनं चैव धर्मस्तन्मूल एव यत्
tadeṣāmeva sarveṣāṃ viprasaṃsthāpanaṃ param | devasaṃsthāpanaṃ caiva dharmastanmūla eva yat
ထို့ကြောင့် ဤအလှူအမျိုးမျိုးအားလုံးတွင် အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံးသည် ဘြာဟ္မဏတို့ကို သင့်လျော်စွာ တည်ထောင်ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်၏။ ထို့အတူ နတ်ဘုရားတို့ကို တည်ထောင်၍ ဘုရားကျောင်းဝတ်ပြုခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ဓမ္မသည် ထိုအမြစ်အခြေခံပေါ်တွင်သာ တည်၏။
