vicāryamāṇe dehesminnakiṃcidadhikaṃ kvacit | āhāro maithunaṃ nidrā bhayaṃ sarvatra yatsamam

ဤကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကို စိစစ်စဉ်းစားလျှင် မည်သည့်နေရာတွင်မျှ ထူးမြတ်သည့်အရာ မတွေ့ရ; အစာစားခြင်း၊ မိတ်ထွေဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ အိပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ကြောက်ရွံ့ခြင်းတို့သည် သတ္တဝါအားလုံးတွင် တူညီသည်။
