nagarī plāvitā svapne taraṃgaiḥ kṣīranīradheḥ | pakṣaistricaturaiḥ śaṃke mahāśaṃkāṃ puraukasām

အိပ်မက်တွင် မြို့တော်သည် နို့ရည်သမုဒ္ဒရာ၏ လှိုင်းများကြောင့် ရေလွှမ်းမိုးခံရသည်; သုံး သို့မဟုတ် လေး ပက္ခအတွင်း မြို့သူမြို့သားတို့အပေါ် မဟာကြောက်ရွံ့မှု ပေါ်လာမည်ဟု ငါသံသယရှိသည်။
