rudrasya nairṛte bhāge liṃgaṃ tatra mahālayam | tadagre pitṛkūposti pitṝṇāmālayaḥ paraḥ

ရုဒ္ဒရ၏ အနောက်တောင်ဘက် အပိုင်း၌ မဟာလယ (Mahālaya) ဟု ခေါ်သော လင်္ဂတစ်ဆူ တည်ရှိ၏။ ထို၏ ရှေ့တွင် ပိတೃ-ကူပ (Pitṛ-kūpa) ရှိ၍ ဘိုးဘွားတို့၏ အမြင့်မြတ် အာလယ ဖြစ်၏။
