Śiva (as Liṅga)
Tirtha: Vīra-Vīreśvara (Kāśī)
Type: temple
Listener: Sages/pilgrims
Scene: Śiva promises supreme siddhi to those who take refuge, while a shadow of Kali-yuga ignorance is suggested—few recognize the shrine’s true greatness; the liṅga remains steady, luminous, and compassionate.
Taking refuge (āśraya/śaraṇāgati) in Śiva is presented as a direct path to supreme siddhi, even when the world forgets sacred greatness.
Kāśī is the implied locus of this ‘greatness’ that becomes less recognized in Kali-yuga.
Refuge and devotion are emphasized rather than a specific external ritual.
