स्कंद उवाच । इल्वलारे कथामेकां शृणुष्वावहितो भव । वरणायास्तटे रम्ये यद्वृत्त पूर्वमुत्तमम्
skaṃda uvāca | ilvalāre kathāmekāṃ śṛṇuṣvāvahito bhava | varaṇāyāstaṭe ramye yadvṛtta pūrvamuttamam
စကန္ဒက မိန့်တော်မူသည်—“အို အီလ္ဝလာရာ၊ ဇာတ်ကြောင်းတစ်ပုဒ်ကို နားထောင်လော့၊ သတိထား၍ အာရုံစိုက်လော့။ ဝရဏာမြစ်၏ လှပသော ကမ်းပါး၌ အတိတ်ကာလ၌ အလွန်မြတ်သော အဖြစ်အပျက်တစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည်; ထိုအကြောင်းကို နားထောင်လော့။”
