yatrebhāḥ paribhāṃtyaṣṭau yatrāṣṭau javino hayāḥ | manaḥ saṃyamanaṃ yatra kaśāpāṇi vyavasthitam

အလင်းရောင်တောက်ပစွာ ရပ်တည်နေသော ဆင်ရှစ်ကောင်ရှိရာ၊ လျင်မြန်သော မြင်းရှစ်ကောင်ရှိရာ; စိတ်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း တည်မြဲရာနှင့် လက်ထဲတွင် ကြာပွတ်ကို အဆင်သင့် ကိုင်ထားရာ။
