क्रव्यादा एव सर्वेषु नगरेषु पुरेषु च । आसन्नभ्रंलिहो वृक्षाः सर्वत्र क्षोणिमंडले
kravyādā eva sarveṣu nagareṣu pureṣu ca | āsannabhraṃliho vṛkṣāḥ sarvatra kṣoṇimaṃḍale
မြို့ကြီးမြို့ငယ် အားလုံးတွင် ကရဝျာဒ—အသားစားကြမ်းတမ်းသူများ—သာ ကျန်ရစ်နေကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် မြေကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံး၌ သစ်ပင်များသည် မိုးတိမ်ကို လျှာဖြင့်လိမ်းသကဲ့သို့ ထင်ရအောင် မြင့်မားသော်လည်း ခြောက်သွေ့ပိန်လှီစွာ ရပ်တည်နေကြသည်။
