वाचोवेगं मनोवेगं जिह्वावेगं च वर्जयेत् । उत्कोच द्यूत दौत्यार्त द्रव्यं दूरात्परित्यजेत्
vācovegaṃ manovegaṃ jihvāvegaṃ ca varjayet | utkoca dyūta dautyārta dravyaṃ dūrātparityajet
စကား၏ အလျင်အမြန်တုန်လှုပ်မှု၊ စိတ်၏ အလျင်အမြန်တုန်လှုပ်မှု၊ လျှာ၏ အလျင်အမြန်လိုချင်မှုတို့ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ပါ။ ထို့ပြင် လာဘ်ပေးလာဘ်ယူ၊ လောင်းကစား၊ အလယ်အလတ်သမားလုပ်ငန်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ဒုက္ခနှင့် အတင်းအကျပ်မှ ရသော ငွေကြေးကို အဝေးကတည်းက စွန့်ပစ်ပါ။
