नाधितिष्ठेत्तुषांगार भस्मकेशकपालिकाः । पतितैः सह संवासः पतनायैव जायते

Transliteration

nādhitiṣṭhettuṣāṃgāra bhasmakeśakapālikāḥ | patitaiḥ saha saṃvāsaḥ patanāyaiva jāyate

Translation

အခွံအမြှေး၊ မီးအင်္ဂါရ၊ ပြာ၊ ဆံပင်၊ သို့မဟုတ် ခေါင်းခွံပန်းကန်တို့ကို မနင်းရ။ ပတိတ (ဓမ္မမှ ကျဆုံးသူ) များနှင့် နီးကပ်စွာ အတူနေခြင်းသည် ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် ကျဆုံးစေခြင်းသာ ဖြစ်သည်။
