अंगुल्यश्च सुपर्वाणो दीर्घावृत्ताः क्रमात्कृशाः । चिपिटाःस्थपुटा रूक्षाः पृष्ठरोमयुजोऽशुभाः
aṃgulyaśca suparvāṇo dīrghāvṛttāḥ kramātkṛśāḥ | cipiṭāḥsthapuṭā rūkṣāḥ pṛṣṭharomayujo'śubhāḥ
အဆစ်အမြစ်များ သေသပ်ကောင်းမွန်၍ ရှည်လျားဝိုင်းဝိုင်းဖြစ်ကာ အစဉ်လိုက် ပိုမိုပါးသွားသော လက်ချောင်းများသည် မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်သည်။ သို့ရာတွင် ပြားပြား၊ ထူထဲကပ်ကပ်၊ ကြမ်းတမ်း၍ လက်ချောင်းအပေါ်ဘက်တွင် အမွှေးရှိသော လက်ချောင်းများသည် အမင်္ဂလာဖြစ်သည်။
