Transliteration

ādau pādatalaṃ rekhāstatoṃguṣṭhāṃgulī nakhāḥ | pṛṣṭhagulphadvayaṃ pārṣṇī jaṃghe romāṇi jānunī

အစဉ်ပထမ ခြေဖဝါးနှင့် ထိုပေါ်ရှိ မျဉ်းကြောင်းများကို ကြည့်လော့။ ထို့နောက် ခြေမကြီး၊ အခြားခြေချောင်းများနှင့် လက်သည်းများ။ ထို့ပြင် ခြေဖျားပေါ်ဘက်၊ ခြေခေါက်နှစ်ဖက်၊ ခြေခလယ်၊ ခြေတံ၊ ထိုနေရာရှိ ဆံမွှေးနှင့် ဒူးတို့ကို စဉ်းစားလော့။
